1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version (if any is provided), the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on cbajei.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and cbajei regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

To be eligible to open and maintain a cbajei account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

2.1 Age Verification Process

You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you are aged 18 or above. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, cbajei may at its discretion restrict deposits, gameplay, and withdrawal processing on your account.

2.2 Consequences of Underage Access

If cbajei determines at any time that a registered account is held by a person under the age of 18, cbajei will immediately close the account, void all gameplay activity conducted from that account, and forfeit any balance held therein. cbajei may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

2.3 Parental Controls

• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and address

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your cbajei account are processed in real time in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by cbajei, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

cbajei reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit that cbajei, at its sole discretion, considers unusually large or otherwise requiring verification. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by cbajei's payments team as follows:

4.3 Pending and Declined Withdrawals

cbajei may place a withdrawal request in a pending state while identity verification, source of funds verification, or bonus wagering requirement checks are completed. cbajei may decline a withdrawal request where the account has not completed KYC verification, where bonus terms have not been satisfied, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In all cases where a withdrawal is declined, cbajei will notify the player and provide a clear explanation via the registered email address or in-account communication.

4.4 Dormant Account Balances

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. cbajei reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete account registration and make their first qualifying deposit on cbajei may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a cbajei account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

cbajei monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system — including opening duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to drain bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of the account.

In general, all bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. 8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your cbajei account at any time by contacting the support team via in-account live chat. 8.2 Closure by cbajei

• Abuse of the bonus system as defined in Section 5.4
• Account found to be held by a person under the age of 18
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against cbajei by the account holder

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a cbajei account — whether voluntary or initiated by cbajei — access to the platform will be revoked. Where the account is closed by cbajei due to a breach of these Terms, cbajei reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account, including both real money and bonus funds. Where the account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks.

8.4 Amendments to These Terms

cbajei reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the cbajei platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
